4th of January- Back to the T.A.R.D.I.S

Now that the holiday season is over I went back to the university. I didn’t have any lectures, but I had to talk to a professor about one of my courses. On the way back home while I was waiting for the bus on the cold street, I heard a familiar sound and a few moments later I noticed me. Then he opened the door with a big smile on his face and a lovely red bow tie under his big chin.

- I missed you- he said still smiling –Happy New Year!

- Happy New Year Doctor!- I smiled and hugged him. He is much taller than me and very skinny, I could feel his bones while hugging him.

- How’s life? – he asked

- Doctor - I said and rolled my eyes

- What?- he looked offended-  I was just trying to be polite. Isn’t it how you humans do it? 

- Yes, it is, but you don’t have to ask, you already know how my life is. You’ve been following me the whole time. 

- No I didn’t - he said shocked- Why would I do something like that?

- Even my mom saw you in the window while decorating the tree.

- I was so glad it didn’t attack you. It happened once to a girl…..a girl I knew and  her mom.

- Rose and Jackie- I said and I suddenly became jealous. He sometimes mentions his previous companions, and to be honest I don’t like it. I hate that I’m not his first one.

He changed the topic.

- Okay, I might have been folloing you, making sure you’re alright.

- You know you can always come in and have a cup of tea or something.

- I know Anna, you’ve told me like a million times. – he changed the topic again, he loves doing that.- But now, don’t wait for that slow bus, come into the T.A.R.D.I.S. She’s missed you too.

- And I missed her, too.

Then I stepped into the T.A.R.D.I.S. - So I guess I won’t have time for my daily yoga session today. I started a 30 day yoga challange the other day, it’s great, you should try it, too

It must have given him a hint because he started smiling like an idiot and running around in the room, pushing buttons and pulling controlers.

- Guess where we are going! - he had to shout because the T.A.R.D.I.S started to make loud noises.

- I have no idea- I shouted back

- Change your clothes and get your yoga mattress ready.- he finally stopped and touched the main controler. - We are going to Yoganavarava- the Planet of Yoga- and he pulled the controler down
